Cozy sweater from Great Grandma Hill

Great Grandma Hill knitted Addison this beautiful sweater. She likes to wear it with her summer dresses because she says it keeps her cozy! Thank you Great Grandma!

Princess Bed

When we got back from England, Addison discovered that Santa left her a present here too. He left her a Cinderella carriage bed. Yesterday we got a twin bed to fit inside and a new quilt. She had a good first night in her new princess bed.

We are so lucky to have Holly! On Friday Addison thought that Holly needed to channel her inner princess. She just sat there and took it!

We took Addison to see Alvin and the Chipmunks last night. She loved the popcorn!

Addison was sitting by the fireplace eating a popsicle. We were talking about eating popsicles outside. Those days are so far away.

Pub Lunch

On our last day in England we went for a pub lunch at the Old Original (it was old and original!). It was our last chance to get some yummy English food...meaning chips (french fries). I don't know what it is about English chips, but I love them! We also got to see Sadie one last time at the pub.

Blackpool Zoo

On the way to Great Grandma and Grandad Hill's house for some delicious steak pie, we stopped by the zoo. It was fun to see and we found some monkeys to bring back with us!

Sadie AKA Stacey

We got to meet Sadie while we were in England! Addison loved her so much but had a hard time saying her name. Sadie was often called Stacey and sometimes Kacie. Addison was already teaching her about princesses!

Christmas 2009

We were so lucky to get to go to England to spend Christmas with Neil's family. It was a nice trip and no one got sick! Nicola did break her arm but what would a trip to England be without someone needing to go to the hospital! Thank you all for a wonderful Christmas!

Before we left for Enlgland, we took Addison to Disney Princesses on Ice. She loved it! She now pretends to skate around. She really liked the spinning Cinderella light that she got.
